Project Manager

We are hiring a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Vianden. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress and track any changes or issues that arise
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
- Manage project budgets and ensure resources are utilized effectively
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with team members to drive project progress
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage priorities effectively, and meet tight deadlines
Salary: 1600$ per month
Location: Vianden (accommodation provided)
