Job Title: Project Manager - Vianden


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Vianden. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and manage all aspects of projects from initiation to completion. This includes developing project plans, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and managing project resources effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in project management is required.

Salary: 1300$

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Communicate with stakeholders on project status and any changes or issues that may arise
- Manage project risks and implement contingency plans as needed
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to ensure everyone is aligned on goals and timelines
- Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures for future projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Fluency in English is required
