Tiler Supervisor



We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Vianden. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of tilers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Plan and coordinate tiling projects according to client specifications and deadlines
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure that work is completed within budget and on time
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or corrections
- Estimate materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for tiling projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler Supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different tiling techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in tiling is preferred

Salary:
$1200 per month

Location:
Vianden, Luxembourg

Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates who are physically fit, have experience in supervising teams in the construction industry, and are able to communicate in English. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. This is a contract job suitable for men.
