Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Bansko. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring high quality and consistent food and beverage offerings, and promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistent standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies when necessary
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that meet customer needs while maintaining cost effectiveness
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Create sales reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
- Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
- Must have valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship.
