Restaurant Manager for English-Speaking Restaurant in Bansko


We are in search of a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our English-speaking restaurant team in the beautiful city of Bansko. Our ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with excellent English communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an English-speaking environment. You should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. As Bansko is known for its tourism industry, this role may require working on weekends or holidays during peak seasons.
