Data Analytics Specialist


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions. You must have strong analytical skills and experience working with various data analysis tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Use statistical methods and tools to identify patterns and trends in the data
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and validity of findings
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL, R, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple manner
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically
