Data Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets
- Develop and maintain data models to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate findings through visualizations, reports, and presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or SQL
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the field of data analytics within the Indian market
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Understanding of agile methodologies for project management
