Office Assistant
We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bayan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory levels
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and record keeping
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred but not required
This is a contract job with a salary of $1400 per month. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates.
