Indian Surveyor in Nairobi


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Indian Surveyor to join our team in Nairobi. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features of land. You will also be required to interpret data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using various techniques and equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and aerial photography.
- Analyzing survey data and creating maps, charts, and reports for clients.
- Identifying property boundaries and preparing legal documents related to land ownership.
- Collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and developers.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations pertaining to land surveying.
- Managing survey projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on land usage.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor.
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD and GPS tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Nairobi if not already based there.

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
