Waiter/Waitress - Indian Cuisine (Part-Time)


We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular Indian restaurant in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a member of our waitstaff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment during their dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders and accurately enter them into the system
- Serve food and beverages to guests while adhering to the correct table etiquette
- Check on guests' satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
