Construction Project Manager



We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, plans, etc.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control
- Supervise construction teams and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and plans is preferred but not required

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for non-Russian applicants.
