Barista - Coffee Shop Staff



Our growing coffee shop in Herzliya is looking for a talented and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee creations and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. We are seeking someone who is passionate about coffee and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, etc.
- Ensure the quality of the coffee meets our standards at all times
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Operate all coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café counter and dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments through our POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Israel without sponsorship
