We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects in the city. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers to develop innovative and functional designs for projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Review and approve all architectural plans and drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Liaise with contractors to oversee construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Evaluate project performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of managing successful projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
