IT Support Specialist

We are searching for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and resolving any IT-related issues they may have. This is a contract position and we welcome applicants of all nationalities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently without prior experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and find solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently without prior experience
- Must have own visa to work in Lithuania

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
