As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and engineers in creating and implementing technical drawings and plans for construction projects. This position requires a high level of proficiency in architectural design software and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist architects and engineers with creating technical drawings and plans
- Utilize architectural design software to develop detailed drawings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of plans
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design development
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss project requirements and present designs
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design or drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to conduct site visits as needed

Salary: $1200 per month
