Sales Manager - Kenya

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills to coach and mentor your team to success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of the Kenyan market is preferred

This is a full-time position based in our Atlanta office. Salary for this role starts at $1300 per month. English language skills are not required, but proficiency would be an advantage. This is an urgent position with no accommodation provided, so candidates must be able to start immediately.
