Instrument Technician - Las Vegas, USA



We are currently seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and calibrating a variety of instruments and equipment used in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on instrumentation and equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and equipment to identify root causes of problems
- Perform calibration procedures to ensure accurate readings and measurements
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and replacements performed on instruments
- Work closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure proper functioning of all equipment
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and order new parts as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in instrumentation technology and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of various types of instruments including pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, etc.
- Familiarity with calibration procedures and techniques
- Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex problems effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in Electronics or related field from a recognized institution
- Experience working with PLCs or other control systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to handling hazardous materials

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. We also offer accommodation for out-of-state candidates as well as visa sponsorship for international applicants.
