Part-Time Restaurant Manager
Our restaurant in Akron is seeking a dedicated and motivated Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and a competitive salary of $1300 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Train and manage restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and other employees
- Create work schedules and ensure proper coverage for all shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high-quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or improve existing ones
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies to attract new customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must have or be willing to obtain a biometric passport
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
