Our company is seeking an experienced seamstress to join our team in Bungoma, Nepal. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. As a seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments and ensuring they meet our company's standards. This is a full-time position with an urgent need for a skilled individual.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and sew fabric according to given patterns
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Repair garments as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a seamstress or tailor
- Excellent sewing skills and knowledge of different fabrics
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
