Junior Project Manager


We are a multinational company located in Eschen, seeking a highly motivated and driven Junior Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
- Lead meetings, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to team members
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet company standards
- Prepare project status reports and present them to senior management
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in project management or relevant role
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Eschen
