Administrative Assistant
Our company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lusail. This position is suitable for both Canadian and Filipino nationals who are looking for English-speaking jobs without prior experience. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules for team members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute internal communications
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintain documents and records in an organized manner
- Assist with creating presentations and reports as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous administrative experience is an asset but not required
Salary: $1000 per month
