Sales Representative

We are a leading retail company in Manama seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales
- Proficient in using technology such as POS systems
- Must have a biometric passport
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
