Sales Manager (Dar Kulaib, Bahrain)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to reach their individual goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards success
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
