Job Title: Fitter Technician


We are a reputable industrial equipment manufacturing company seeking a skilled Fitter Technician to join our team in Remish. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining various mechanical systems and machinery. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 and is open to all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications
- Assemble and install mechanical systems such as conveyor belts, pumps, and motors
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that may arise
- Use various hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training in mechanical engineering or relevant field
- Experience in welding or pipefitting is a plus
