Junior Gardener

Our landscaping company is seeking a Junior Gardener to join our team in Lom. As a Junior Gardener, you will assist our experienced gardeners in maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces for our clients. This position is ideal for Malayalees looking to start their career in gardening and landscaping.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planting, weeding, and pruning tasks
- Mow lawns and trim hedges
- Water plants and maintain irrigation systems
- Help with the installation of new plants and features
- Maintain garden equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required to communicate with clients and team members
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one for international travel
- Experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Salary: Starting salary of 1600$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

This position does not include accommodation, so applicants must have their own housing arrangements.
