Barista in Albena, Bulgaria


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for full-time hours during peak season. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders for coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
