As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems according to design specifications
- Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar systems
- Conduct site evaluations to determine optimal panel placement and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation
- Maintain accurate records of installation details for each project
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in solar installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation
- Proficient in electrical wiring and understanding of electrical codes
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
