We are a renowned architectural design firm based in Akron, seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative and functional designs for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Oversee construction projects to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $1600 per month (with accommodation provided)

Location: Akron (preference for Indian candidates)
