Housekeeping Supervisor


We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a luxury hotel in the city of Remish. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring that our standards of cleanliness and organization are consistently met. We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and public area cleaners
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are being met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services
- Create work schedules for housekeeping staff and monitor attendance
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Egyptian nationality preferred, but open to foreigners with valid work permits
