We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, creating visually appealing product displays, and analyzing sales data to make informed buying decisions. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and place orders to ensure availability of products
- Create visually appealing product displays that attract customers
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed buying decisions
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Monitor competitor's pricing and promotions to stay competitive
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure products are displayed properly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
