Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data mining, and predictive modeling, as well as experience using data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or R.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and implement statistical models to identify trends and patterns
- Communicate findings through reports, visualizations, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Continuously monitor the performance of data models and make necessary adjustments
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
- Proven experience in data analytics or related role
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as regression analysis and hypothesis testing
- Proficient in using data analytics tools such as SQL, Python or R
- Familiarity with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies in large sets of data
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
