Software Tester


We are hiring a Software Tester to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. The ideal candidate should have experience in software testing and be fluent in English. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for conducting manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases and scripts based on software requirements
- Identify, document, and report bugs and errors
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of new features
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on potential issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in software testing
- Proficient in manual and automated testing techniques
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TFS
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++
- Experience with performance/load testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter
