Gardener for Private Residence in Los Angeles, USA

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to maintain the outdoor spaces of a private residence in Los Angeles. This part-time position requires someone with a green thumb, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for all plants, trees, and lawns on the property
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed
- Weed, trim, and prune plants as necessary
- Monitor irrigation systems and make adjustments as needed
- Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris
- Identify and treat plant diseases or pest infestations
- Maintain gardening equipment and tools
- Communicate with homeowners about any changes or updates to the landscaping plan

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants, trees, and flowers and how to care for them
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, etc.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
