Indian Barista in Malindi



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Indian Barista to join our team in Malindi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffees, teas, and other beverages
- Ensure the quality of drinks meets our standards
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment effectively
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep the cafe clean and organized at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Swahili is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
