Job Title: Handyman in Riyadh


We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Riyadh. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that our facilities are kept in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, basic plumbing and electrical work, and general repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Respond to repair requests in a timely manner and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment needed for repairs
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times while on the job
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and prioritize work orders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a relevant trade is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
