English Teacher

The English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students in a classroom setting. They will create lesson plans, assign and grade homework, and provide feedback to students on their progress. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of English grammar and literature, as well as excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position in Jeddah, with a salary of 900$ per month.

As an English Teacher, your duties will include:

- Developing lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the school's curriculum and student learning objectives
- Instructing students on the proper use of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- Assigning and grading homework assignments and exams
- Providing feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement
- Communicating with parents or guardians about student performance
- Collaborating with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary lessons and projects
- Keeping track of attendance records and maintaining accurate student records
- Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current on best teaching practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting
- Strong knowledge of English grammar rules, literature, and effective teaching methods
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred
