Indian Collector in Nairobi


We are seeking a skilled Indian Collector to join our team in Nairobi. As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and managing their accounts. This position is suitable for men who are able to handle the physical demands of the job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
- Maintain accurate records of all collections and payment arrangements
- Monitor delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances
- Communicate with other departments to resolve customer issues and disputes
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding collections

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with valid work visa for Kenya
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 2 years experience in collections or similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of collections work

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1300 per month, along with accommodation provided by the company.
