Indian Restaurant Manager


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Herzliya. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture, as well as excellent leadership skills to effectively manage our diverse team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, inventory, and staffing
- Ensure high-quality food and service by maintaining restaurant standards and implementing necessary improvements
- Create and update menus based on customer preferences and market trends
- Train and supervise staff to maintain a positive work culture and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation to maintain consistency
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Work closely with chefs to ensure menu items are prepared according to quality standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of Indian cuisine, culture, and traditions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and labor cost control techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or relevant field preferred

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Herzliya, Israel

Experience:
No previous experience is required for this position. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for Indian cuisine and meets all other requirements.

Education:
12th pass or higher education is preferred but not required for this position.

Language Requirements:
Fluent English is not required for this role, but basic knowledge is preferred to effectively communicate with team members and customers. Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
