We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land areas to determine boundaries and create accurate legal descriptions. You will also be responsible for gathering data from various sources and using specialized equipment to create detailed maps and reports.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine precise locations, boundaries, and elevation of land features
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to gather data
- Analyze survey data and create accurate maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that surveying projects are completed accurately and on time
- Verify accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations
- Prepare legal descriptions of surveyed areas for use in property deeds or other legal documents
- Maintain records of survey data, including notes, sketches, and electronic files
- Adhere to safety standards while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a land surveyor in a professional setting
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment operation, and mapping software
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to land surveys
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English

Salary: 1500$ per month
