The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff in a high-end restaurant in Atlanta. The ideal candidate should have a passion for culinary arts, creativity, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that are innovative, seasonal, and meet the restaurant's standards
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed while controlling food costs
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to develop new menu items and special event menus
- Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and providing guidance to staff members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in the culinary world

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creative approach to menu planning with an emphasis on using fresh local ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of diverse individuals effectively
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred

Salary: $1700 per month (with potential for bonuses)
Location: Atlanta, USA (preference for local candidates)
