We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for our company in Dukhan, Kenya. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
