Barista - Coffee Shop Staff (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Barista to join our team at our busy coffee shop in Vianden. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as other beverages and light snacks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a barista, excellent customer service skills, and a positive attitude. This is a temporary position with potential for permanent employment. Indian nationals currently residing in Vianden are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control of all beverages served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide exceptional customer service
- Take orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Promote specials and upsell products to customers
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with customers in a positive manner
- Team player with strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: $1100 per month
