Entry Level Sales Manager
As an entry level sales manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services in the Nairobi area. Your main goal will be to increase revenue by attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to approach them
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Present products and services to potential customers in a persuasive manner
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Keep track of sales data and report on performance regularly
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
