Barista - Coffee Shop (Izhevsk)


We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Izhevsk. The ideal candidate should have experience in making a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and iced coffees. The ability to create latte art is also preferred. This position requires excellent customer service skills as well as proficiency in English and Nepali language. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling cash transactions is required. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no accommodation provided. Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Create latte art for an enhanced customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee shop equipment and work area
- Take orders, handle cash transactions, and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Nepali language
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and their ingredients
- Ability to create latte art preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English and Nepali language required; Russian language skills are a plus
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
