Position: Equipment Operator
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable)
Employment type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
Nationality preference: Indian (but open to all nationalities)

We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Vilnius. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes. You will also be required to perform routine maintenance on the equipment and ensure that it is in proper working condition at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid license or certification to operate relevant equipment
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project needs and safety guidelines
- Conduct pre-operational checks on the equipment before use
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as greasing, oil changes, etc.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Follow project plans and instructions provided by supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
