Commercial Architect (Malayalee Candidates Preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Washington. As an English speaking job, proficiency in the language is a must. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture and a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design proposals that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process and provide guidance to contractors to ensure project completion within budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CAD software, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent design skills with a portfolio showcasing previous commercial projects
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
