Surveyor - Residential Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements for residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in surveying and construction, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Provide accurate measurements for residential construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper placement of structures
- Analyze data and prepare reports for project managers
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the surveying process
- Keep detailed records of survey data and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in surveying or construction
- Strong knowledge of surveying tools and techniques
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Lusail preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Lusail, Qatar

Nationality: Indian preferred (open to all nationalities)

Experience: No prior experience required, but candidates with at least 2 years of experience will be given preference.

Visa: Candidates must have their own valid visa for Qatar.
