Entry-Level Floral Designer



We are seeking a passionate and creative Entry-Level Floral Designer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Florist, you will play a vital role in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. Responsibilities:
- Assist with designing and creating floral arrangements according to clients' preferences and event themes
- Prepare flowers by cutting, trimming, and arranging them in vases or containers
- Maintain the freshness of flowers by watering, cleaning, and pruning them as needed
- Ensure that all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to come up with new and innovative designs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Must be Nepali national with a valid biometric passport
- No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Ability to work without accommodation in Al-Kuwait
- Passion for floral design and creativity
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (floral arrangements)
- Good communication skills (English proficiency not required)

Salary: 1400$ per month
