Barista for Indian Cafe in Hawalli


We are a thriving Indian cafe located in the bustling city of Hawalli. We are seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of coffee beverages, including traditional Indian drinks like masala chai and filter coffee. You will also assist with the preparation of other menu items, such as snacks and desserts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe environment. You should have excellent knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills, and an understanding of how to adjust coffee flavors based on customer preferences.

In addition to your barista duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe. This includes regularly cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and keeping the cafe area tidy.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing great customer service and has excellent communication skills. As we cater to both English-speaking customers and Indian expats, fluency in both English and Hindi is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the business, but typically range from 8-10 hours per day.
