Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Manama is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who can accurately measure and map out land boundaries, topography, and other features using specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in land surveying and possess strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to measure and map out land boundaries, topography, and other features using specialized equipment
- Analyze survey data to provide accurate measurements and create detailed reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate mapping of land features
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create digital maps and plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using CAD software for mapping and plan creation
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurement calculations
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month, along with accommodation. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Manama but may require occasional travel to different locations for surveys.
